Story
My daughter, is 13. 4 foot 5 1/2 and is in school. Rhea my daughter suffers from a Growth hormone deficiency (GHD) which is a medical condition due to not enough growth hormone (GH). ... Some cases are associated with a lack of other pituitary hormones, in which case it is known as combined pituitary hormone deficiency. The treatment she will be doing is a year, 11 months treatement which would help Rhea hopefully become more strong physically but also mentally with the bullying she has suffered in school and her self consciousness. The treatement my daughter will follow is carried out by a paediatric endocrinologist (doctor specialising in children’s hormones). Growth hormone deficiency is treated by replacing the missing hormone with a man-made version which would be IGF-1. I hope you can all donate. I will be grateful. This funding will help expenses medically but also flights to and from London where the treatement will be.
Thankyou!
