In Romania, not enough are being done in the country to ensure that dogs are cared for. Consequently, there are many dogs wandering around , abandoned and physically attacked by some people. It is cruel and sad to see. Two close friends ( Sylvia and Marian) have been using money from their own salary every month to look after a few dogs while they also continue to look after the welfare of other dogs and ensure that they are fed , vaccinated and undergo surgery. The list of things that they have to do is endless and it is a very big struggle for them each and every month. They do not get financial grant from anywhere else hence this appeal for people to help and support us with this very important cause.
