Story

The welfare of animals roaming Iraq's capital, Baghdad, is far from a priority for most residents after many years of bloodshed and insecurity.

Stray animals in Iraq face cruelty on a daily basis; they are beaten, poisoned and used as shooting targets. The conditions these animals live in is heartbreaking and should not be acceptable.

We have a duty of care to all living things on Earth and not just to our own kind, but unfortunately in many cases animals in Iraq are forgotten, left to suffer & die in the streets they were born into.

However, there are real people and real charities trying to make a change and stand against the cruelty animals face in Iraq and with your donations, we can help support them.

Thank you all for your generosity.
