    Story

Hollye is a lively and very creative 12 year old who needs a Gensingen back brace to correct scoliosis of her spine. She has idiopathic scoliosis which developed quickly and her back is now twisted out of shape.

The treatment is not available on the NHS. What they offer is wait and see if her curve gets worse and then a very serious operation, with risks of paralysis, to correct the spinal curve.

Hollye has autism, mild dyspraxia and dyslexia and attends a special school. Despite this she is a happy positive child who has a special interest in art and draws wonderful characters.

Together we can help Hollye receive the treatment that she needs.

I'm Hollye's mum and her advocate. I have fought for her to receive the right education for her autism and now need to help her get the best treatment for her scoliosis which is not available on the NHS.
