DON'T LET BOXER SUFFER THE SAME WAY LENNOX DID IN NORTHERN IRELAND

We have finally had copies of witness statements from the authorities regarding Boxer. We were concerned to see that Sandie Lightfoot was the official who typed Boxer as a Pit Bull type dog, for those of you who remember #Lennox you will understand our consternation at seeing her name involved in this case. It is noted that the kennels are expressing concerns regarding Boxer's behaviour, Boxer was a friendly, well behaved dog before being taken to kennels. The solicitor has advised that we get an independent behavioural assessor involved. We haven't got a quote for that yet but we know they cost around £1,500. Solicitors fees are also expected to be around £1,500.

Breed Specific Legislation targets innocent dogs purely on their appearance, these dogs have not bitten or harmed anyone. A Pit Bull is not a recognised breed in the UK, therefore, any Bull Breed Cross can fall victim to this legislation, DNA is not accepted by the police or courts, a dog can live or die purely on the opinion of the authorities.
