One week ago my friend John (26) was involved in a hit and run here in China, he has been in a coma since the accident. Please help his family fund the necessary hospital bills for his treatment.

Unfortunately due to the legal entitlement here in China, this situation is far too common. Poor families, like John's, are left with impossible bills to pay and have to watch their love ones suffer because human decency is all but present.

I don't wish to write a sob story and perhaps this is one amongst many tales of hardship, but the price of his life is either left in the hands of kind strangers in our international community, or resting as an impossible weight on his poor family.
