Our local lollipop man in Lemington has been made redundant by the newcastle city council with there cut backs. John our lollipop man crosses children over the road safety at the bottom of Lemington bank were buses,cars, lorry and other road users go pass. He crosses over 400 children every day. Come September when all the children go back school he will not be there to cross them over the road to school at either Lemington riverside school, St George primary school.
We need to raise £4000 for John to stay at the bottom of Lemington to cross our children over the road.
You can not put a price on children's life and safely.
