My amazing friend Paul
Adopted Minnie after her family could no longer keep her. Minnie was rescued from a local vet by another very good friend Andy Sullivan and myself. She had been taken there to be Put To Sleep

I most definitely do if sully hadn't been dropping 1 of his pooches off at the vets he never would have bumped in to MINNIE.
He stopped them in there tracks and told them not to put her to sleep. He sped over to mine to get me to see Minnie. She was beautiful but looked very sad like she knew what was going to happen . We agreed to take her not having a clue how we would find a home for her. We just knew we couldn't leave her there. ASK Carpets in Great Barr was Minnie's home for a few days while we worked out what to do, I already have a dog MR BUD who is not good with other dogs & sully has 6 dogs not sure his wife would have been to pleased.
I actually slept in the carpet shop with Minnie. We tried to introduce Mr Bud but it didn't work out. PAUL came to help me but Mr Bud was not having any of it. Paul suggested we bring her over to meet his other dog Ripley so we did . She was welcomed with open arms and has never looked back. PAUL was still grieving for his dog he lost few months earlier GILBERT. So Minnie was a welcome distraction. And became best friends immediately. She is his life we have Vidio calls a few nights a week to say hello, she mothers Ripley who's a old boy and struggling with his legs. She has captured everyone's heart. But today a visit to the vets for a poorly leg has brought up some other complications and some tests are needed asap. They think Minnie has cancer. And we need to raise the money to have these done. For anyone that knows Paul will also know he would give his last penny to help his friends and even strangers. Always puts others first so I'm hoping his friends and mine take the time to read this story and help in any way they can. We would be so greatful. Xx
