Story

As you all know for the last few months we have been trying our upmost to save The Battle of Britain Club Uxbridge from closure.

We now feel the time has come to start raising funds to help the efforts in keeping it open. The funds will be used for items such as lawyer fees, notices, and hopefully if we win our battle towards refurbishment of the club.

We would be eternally grateful if you feel you are able to donate towards this great cause, and push forward our fight to see this landmark of Uxbridge stay open!

We would also like you to be aware that if we are unsuccessful in winning our fight, and if there are any funds left - they will all be donated to a charity.

It is with great regret that I have to inform all that the fight for the club has ended, we could not raise enough funds to pay for legal fees. The money raised so far minus £144.00 solicitors fee will be donated to a local charity, I would like to thank all who have helped and given support to during this campaign. Please no more donations.

The Battle of Britain club was the home of our gaming club BattleUX for over 5 years and personally my uncle served at RAF Uxbridge, good luck for the future.
