Lucky is one of the fortunate dogs that has been saved in Serbia but is still in need of urgent veterinary treatment undergoing hip-replacement surgery to enable him to walk again having been hit by a car & left abandoned in the street to die. There are many dogs in Serbia similar to Lucky & by rescuing one dog you are making a huge difference.
