Dear friends,

After a long time we, students, living at scales road, decided to do a major refurbishment in the house, before winter this year. These are the works we are planning to carry out:

Re-paint all walls and ceilings. Repair cracked walls with filler . Refresh-clean bathroom walls, renew silicons at the edges of bath, repaint bathroom ceiling with water proof paint. Repair front door porch roof to prevent leaking into the porch.

If donations are generous enough, we also plan to replace the cooker, and make some improvements to the garden.

After these works are done, we are planning a BBQ party, to which all are welcome.
