On Sunday 2nd March 2025, six members of Stokesley Cricket Club will be running the Middlesbrough Half Marathon.

Club chairman Andrew Weighell, accompanied by Joe Burniston (2nd Team Captain), Jonny Weighell, Rob Foreman, Robbie Atkinson and Jack Ashurst, will take on the 13.1 mile route around Middlesbrough to help raise funds for the cricket club.

Stokesley Cricket Club is run entirely by volunteers and is completely self funded. The money required to keep the club running comes from generous donations by sponsors, and also fundraising events organised by its members.

The money raised will help to maintain and improve club facilities, provide equipment for junior teams, and help pay for umpires, scorers and teas throughout the season.

We are very grateful for any donation, no matter how small.
