Schlooby The Sausage is a Miniature Dachshund from Derby. He loves barking, balls and de-fluffing toys to find the squeaker! He is recovering from his second operation after suffering from IVDD this year (Intervertebral Disc Disease - a common health problem in UK Daschunds). Each operation costs £3800 plus physio and hydrotherapy for recovery meaning that his health has cost over £8,000 so far and the end is not yet in sight. Schlooby is the loyal friend and beloved fur baby of Charlotte who has (and will) pay anything to keep Schlooby healthy and happy. Friends, family and social media followers of Charlotte and Schlooby know how difficult and expensive these last few months have been and some have wanted to find a way to help; and so this is a forum for that.
