I've raised £1500 to allow my daughter to remain at her current school

My daughter currently attends Hayle Academy and is about to go into year 11 so is half way through her gcse syllabus. She is autistic and has all the support in place that she needs but Cornwall Council have now refused to fund her transport saying there is a place for her at a school closer to our home. My daughter does not cope with change due to her autism, she is mute in unfamiliar surroundings or with unfamiliar people and would not be able to make relationships with new teachers or make friends at a new school. She has a diagnosis of autism, severe anxiety and agorophpbia in unfamiliar places and I am afraid that changing her school at this stage would be extremely damaging to her health and wellbeing and also would have a hugely negative effect on her academic achievement. A train pass for year 11 would cost £1920. I am sorry to ask for help but am desperately trying to do the best for my daughter. We are on a low wage at the moment and only just managing to cover rent and bills but will always try to do the very best for my daughter. Thank you
