I'm raising £5,000 for Callum’s Brain Tumour Treatment.

Hi, I’m Scott. Dad to Callum, William and Amelia. Step dad to Casey and Callum (yes we have two Callum’s).

On 31st January I was told the devastating news that my son, Callum has cancer. Cancer in the form of an inoperable brain tumour. I’ve watched my son undergo a biopsy on his brain, 6 weeks of radiotherapy, the loss of his hair, chemotherapy and now the loss of his peripheral vision in one eye.

We have been told that Callum has had his maximum dose of radiotherapy, immunotherapy is not available on the NHS and the NHS is also reluctant and slow on cross purposing drugs that can help treat brain tumours.

Like any parent would in my position, I want to do all I can to help my son beat this. We’ve received lots of advice and there are treatment options available both in the UK (privately funded) and overseas.

I am therefore cycling 55 miles from London to Brighton. I’m doing this ride for my incredible son Callum. His strength and bravery throughout all of this has been so inspiring. By doing this ride and sharing our story, I am also hoping to help raise some funds to support Callum’s treatments. Treatment outside the NHS can be costly.

I know times are hard and everyone has their own struggles but if you can spare a few pounds to help my boy, we’d be so grateful.
