Story
I am trying to purchase a house for a elderly person,,who is being asked to move out due to the bedroom tax,,,,it has a right to buy and the house will be purchased for£ 34,000,,,i personally will put in £14,000 + legal expenses,,,,when the house is purchased the £20,000 raised will be remortgaged out and I will donate to sspca,,,,and rspca ,,,,,at a rate of £10000 each,,,,
