Men for Mental Health is a non-profit awareness campaign, social network and support community, for everyone. They aim to provide signposting services, friendly & impartial non-medical advice, a potential resource and outlet for information, and support forums & guidance.

MIND - https://www.mind.org.uk/

'MIND' provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. Because of Mind, millions more people have access to advice and support thanks to their information and services nationally and locally, in England and Wales.

As our men's volleyball team push for promotion this season, we also aim to complete a number of team building activities and raise funds to help towards these. The more events we do, the more likelihood for donations we have. I hope to have the rest of the team sign up for these great causes too!

Funds will be split equally 3-ways between the two mentioned above, and the events below.

Walking challenge (e.g. 3 peaks)
