I've raised £500 to support our amazing emergency services and their mental health and wellbeing as part of the Laura Hyde Foundation mission

Looking after everyone’s mental health is a hugely important task, but we sometimes forget about those who go above and beyond to provide help and support for others, often at the expense of their own well-being. The Laura Hyde Foundation has one objective – to ensure that all medical and emergency services personnel have access to the best mental health support network available.
Most people reading this will have had the quality of their life, or someone they love, improved by the hard work and dedication of someone from the medical or emergency services. Andrew, Hayden and Scott certainly have! Whilst their respective experiences with the emergency services and medical professionals have been very different, the common denominator of amazing people at the heart of the care and support they both received in a time of need was incredible.
To try and convince people to part with their hard earned cash, Andrew, Hayden and Scott are attempting to cycle from Lands End to John O’Groats – 960 miles in 9 days. Whilst this will be both physically and mentally challenging for them, it’s a drop in the ocean when compared to the stress and trauma experienced daily by our emergency services and medical professionals.
Help Andrew, Hayden and Scott do their bit to care for those who care for us!”
