The Scottish Para-Badminton Team have had numerous successes over the last 5/6 years, from European to World Championship medals as well as having a number of the team members ranked in the Worlds top 20. With Para-Badminton now accepted into the Paralympics and making it's debut in Tokyo 2020, every player is attempting to achieve their goal and give themselves every chance of being selected for this historic event. With limited funding to undertake the expanding tournament programme, the team are looking for additional financial support to offset their costs for the 9 day event in Ulsan Korea in November 2017. After that the quest will continue with players looking to obtain further support from sponsorship etc leading up to the Paralympics Qualification period from Jan 2019 onwards.
