I am running the London Marathon on Sunday 22nd April 2018 for my nephew George, who needs a bigger manual wheelchair. Its going to be very challenging for me, but well worth it if its going to help George.

George was dignosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy 4 years ago, he was only 22 months old when we recieved the devastating news. SMA affects the motor neurons in the spinal cord, eventually leading to serve disability. Throughout his life george will need seemingly endless list of special equipment, and when he grows a bigger versions.
