Snaith Cowick and Rawcliffe Volunteer Support Group is a volunteer organisation that has been set up by a group of volunteers to support the local community.

The group is aimed at supporting through times of natural disasters such as flooding and other issues including the Covid-19 Pandemic.

We have now got over 80 volunteers registered with us assisting many members of the community with providing support through collecting and delivering shopping, collection and delivery of medication as well as other services depending on what the residents require.

Since we started over a month ago we have completed over 200 requests for help from many different residents. We plan to arrange further support to other members of the community including activities for children to complete whilst in self isolation.

The funding raised will be put towards the support of our group and allowing us to continue to assist and support the communities.

The areas we have been assisting include
