On the 8th of July next year, I will travel to Romania for 10 days as one out of a group of young people with the charity "Habitat for Humanity" with the aim to build suitable housing for families who live in poverty. We will work alonside local communities, building homes from the ground up - everything from laying foundations to putting up walls and painting and decorating. I think that this will not only be an extrodinary experience for me personally, but will have a lasting positive impact on the communities that we work with.
