    Story

We are doing this to raise awareness for mens mental health. Now is the time to help especially in these times of hardship, we want to give support to those who are in need.

Our story is simple and starts now, eleven good friends who want to make a difference. Our aim is to raise £5000 by running the length from Birmingham to Sedbergh as a collective. This is not about us wanting to feel good about ourselves, it's much more. We believe friendship is everything and many of you will have friends and family that have suffered from this invisible illness and struggle. So why not help, the time is now, we will all do are bit. Those who are reading this message, the ball is in your court. No matter how little or large the donation is, you might just have changed or saved somebody's life.

    HELP US, HELP THEM.

Via the blOKes forum, we aim to offer men the chance to share experiences, stories, guidance, tips, and advice with likeminded individuals, as well as connecting men from across the world.” More information on their incredible resources can be found via their website - https://www.blokes.life/about
