I'm raising £2,000 for Sensory Grounds' start up requirements: an espresso machine, a coffee grinder and initial stock. We are hoping with the community's support, we will be able to soon open up and start hiring and employing some incredible adults to work with us. Our mission is to provide paid employment for people who identify as neurodivergent (Autism/ADHD) and/or have additional needs.

Sensory Grounds is a community café where people can interact and build meaningful connections. Our employees will be individuals who are neurodivergent and/or have special educational needs, and our café will be an inclusive workplace and coffee shop for people of all backgrounds to access and enjoy incredible coffee! We are committed to providing fair employment opportunities to individuals who may not have been given these opportunities before.
