As we continue our journey up the leagues, floodlights have become an essential part of our development both on and off the field.

With one eye firmly on joining the official RFU league structure next year, we’re working hard to make sure our facilities match our ambition.

At the moment, shorter daylight hours in winter limit our ability to train properly. Installing floodlights will change that completely. With your support, we’ll be able to:

1. Train on grass all year round, rather than being forced onto artificial surfaces or cancelling sessions altogether.

2. Run higher-quality training sessions, helping players of all ages and abilities to improve their skills.

3. Attract and retain talented players, who are drawn to a club that offers top-class facilities and professional standards.
