Several Seats is raising £25,000 to launch a counselling programme created to provide accessible, culturally sensitive mental health support for women across the UK.

At Several Seats, we understand that many women carry their struggles quietly. Too often, they feel unseen, unheard, or unsure where to turn for support that truly understands their lived experiences. We believe every woman deserves a safe, welcoming space where she can pause, take a seat, and speak freely without fear of judgement.

Our counselling programme is built around compassion, trust, and community. It offers women the opportunity to be listened to, supported, and gently guided through life’s challenges by professionals who recognise and respect their cultural backgrounds and personal journeys.
