Sgoil Lionacleit Pipe Band are hoping to attend The Scottish Schools Pipe Band Championships in Kilmarnock on March 12, 2023.

This is the first time in three years the band will be participating in the Championships and for the majority of the band members it will be the first time they have been able to take part in this type of competition.

These pupils have practiced continuously over the past three years, online during lockdown and in person when this was once again allowed. They have been very dedicated and we believe they deserve the opportunity to compete at the Championships.

We are hoping to raise £5000 to cover the travel and accommodation costs for approximately 35 pupils from Sgoil Lionacleit and Sgoil Bhàgh a' Chaisteil to attend the competition.
