I'm raising £1,000 towards the ongoing costs Of Seren’s therapy(s).

Seren is a happy 7 year old girl who has been diagnosed with a rare genetic condition known as TBRS.

One of the aspects of TBRS is overgrowth meaning Seren’s muscles don’t keep up with her growth rate. Seren currently does not walk , although she can weight bare with support and more specialised / regular physiotherapy would help her on her journey to being able to walk unaided. The frequency need to be intensive due to the rate Seren grows. That’s why we are trying to layer on additional private physio on top of what the NHS can offer.

Seren is also non-verbal and access to speech and language therapy locally is oversubscribed . We would like to seek out private therapies to help her with this as well and have no other options available to us..

Any donations towards this cause will be greatly appreciated and will hopefully help Seren towards her goals of being able to communicate and walk … small goals to many of us .. but these two things would be sooo massive for our family.
