Talal is a child and has a hole in his heart this can lead to heart failure not able to enjoy life a kid by running around and playing he is affected by this and because one side of the heart as a hole the other side has to overload which can cause hypertension his condition is called (atrial septal defect) as turkey is known for affordable treatments that is the easiest opportunity for him

As for Muhammad Hakim Hamada he is suffering with serious brain atrophy and it is certain that he may not leave longer due to his condition But any payment will help them slowly and God willing we will reach the target
