I've embarked on a journey to transform my lifestyle, trading in the bus for a bicycle. So far this year, Ive raised £240 so far Prostate Cancer cycling to work, and it ignited a passion within me to make a difference.

Now, I'm setting an ambitious goal: to cycle a minimum of 40 miles each month throughout the year, raising funds for a different charity each time. Each month, I will share updates on the chosen charities and my progress here and on my Facebook page.
