It has been almost 2 years since my first big run (thanks to those who supported me) and I am back seeking more pain. Running and training still gives me shin splints. But I am determined to run The Big Half marathon in London on Sunday 7th September 2025.

Why am I doing this? The heartbreaking reality faced by the Palestinian people is clear, and it's something we simply cannot ignore.

As a father, I cannot imagine the pain of watching my child slowly starve to death. My goal is to raise £1,500 to bring vital aid to families in Gaza through the Muslims Around The World (MATW) charity (registered 1201110).

I've carefully selected MATW because they operate with a 100% donation policy, ensuring every penny goes directly to those in need. They're actively on the ground, delivering hot meals cooked right inside Gaza, having already served over 1.5 million and counting. The crisis is ongoing, and these meals are a lifeline. By donating, you are directly helping to feed vulnerable families. They have active daily social media updates of their activities.
