Weʼve raised £90 to send money to Kashmir in Pakistan to help all the affected people survive winter during their hardships and help children get educated!
- Funded on Friday, 10th February 2017
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Hi my name is Shahzad I am a 17 year old from Rochdale and currently I have seen a lot on the news about the crisis in Kashmir and not many people are doing much about it, even though the cold winter weather is coming soon in Pakistan. I thought maybe i could raise some money with a couple of friends and help them through the harsh winter weather by providing them with warm winter clothes and medicines e.g pain killers, cold tablets and calpol for children and babies.
Half of the money would go towards this but the the other half would be going towards Education first, because here we receive our education for free and without education you cannot provide yourself with some value or standards. There are children in war struck countries that cannot go to school because there is no school to go to so please open your heart and donate, even just a little bit, to get a child educated and give him dreams of being a doctor or a lawyer or an astronaut, maybe these are the children we will turn to for help one day.
If we raise £2000 then Me and my friend Arslan will go skin Bald and if we exceed this target then we will shave our beards too, so if you want that to happen then please donate generously!
