In December 2025 I became one of the 1 in 8 men in the UK who are diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. Unfortunately I have Stage 4 Advanced Metastatic Prostate Cancer which is not curable but progression can be controlled for some time with the right treatment. I am receiving that treatment at the North West Cancer Centre in Altnagelvin Area Hospital and doing well so far. I want to raise funds to promote awareness of this issue for men and support organisations that have been helpful to me in my Cancer story to date - our local Termonmaguirc Cancer Patient Comfort group; the North West Cancer Centre; and Prostate Cancer UK. These groups and i will be very appreciative of any amount you may be willing to donate no matter how much.
