Russ was given the all clear in March 2021and wore his Tee shirt with pride.. 3 months later the bowel cancer was back and aggressive..He has 2 shadows on his lung, pancreatis,gallstones, illiostomy.. Russ with his family have decided to go for quality of life as apposed to quantity and decided no more chemo. The only thing on his bucket list is to attend a Tottenham football match with his family who have been avid followers of Tottenham all their lives.

All of us at Through The Fight Foundation Would love to make Russ’s Bucket List wish come true and get them to a Tottenham Game before he becomes too unwell to go

Waltham Abbey is a powerful community in times of need. It would be great if we could all come together for Russ and his lovely family right now
