Story
Last Friday 26th October 2018 Jade Empson passed away suddenly.
The cause of Jade's death is unknown at the moment and her family are completely broken and in a state of shock
Jade was fun loving caring, very earthly and loved animals. She was quiet but funny and witty.
She loved being outside and a was a free spirit. Jade loved making people happy and was very artistic.
Jade was greatful for anything, and always honest.
This page has been set up raise money towards the cost of Jade's Funeral
