Hey everyone,

The 21st December 2016 is a day that I personally and many others will never forget for all the wrong reasons. Shane was always willing to help others and if something positive is to come out of this situation... it would have to be to continue to help others in his memory.

The "Shane Holland Heart Screening Initiative" aims to work in association with Cardiac Risk in the Young to deliver free heart screenings to students at Erith School to highlight any undetected conditions and potentially save young lives!

The cost of the screening is £5,000 per day and the plan is to implement this on an annual basis if this year is successful. This amount will pay for a doctor, technicians, screening equipment and an operations manager to attend the school as well as a further cardiologist's review if required.

There will be a Charity football match held at Phoenix Sports Club on Saturday 6th May 2017 kick off 4PM to help raise additional funds. Tickets for the match are £5 per adult/child and will also include an evening event afterwards with a DJ, Raffle and Auction. There will also be a BBQ and a bouncy castle/sweets stall for the kids!
