We our raising money for our local Mind service in Mold. If it was not for this service not just in Mold but also Birkenhead family members would be in a different place altogether. They have provided, befriending schemes, social interaction, art classes, mindfulness techniques, counselling and much, much more. This has made living a life much easier knowing there is people to turn to.

Mind is a mental health charity which aims to provide and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

Our Local Minds support over 513,000 people across England and Wales. Their services include supported housing, crisis helplines, drop-in centres, employment and training schemes, counselling and befriending.

Over more than 60years Mind has worked to improve the lives of all people with experience of mental health problems. Through public campaigns, government lobbying and more than 1,000 services ours local Minds have delivered in communities across England and Wales, we have touched millions of lives.
