I am releasing a campaign to help my friend Gio complete her Masters Degree starting in September 2018. Giovana Quintero is an enthusiastic psychologist who has a passion for dancing. She has recently been offered a place at a Masters Degree in Dance Movement Psychotherapy at Goldsmith College and needs your help! As you know, it is very hard for people to take on a university education which entails enormous tuition fees and she has to raise £10.000 to cover the cots of her 2 years course. I am turning to relatives, friends and good willed strangers and entrepeneurs to help Giovana raise this money and crowdfund her tuition, every pound you donate is one step closer to Giovana filling her passion and dreams of becoming a successful Dance Psychotherapist.

I am not just basing this fundraising mission around her own gain. If we all support her she will be able to continue giving her free time and service to the community, in the last few years she has been volunteering as a pscyhologist in a charity which is pioneer on work with mental and emotional health and works in partnership with the NHS. Many adults and children have benefited form her hard work within this charity, her support on 1:1 and group therapy sessions, her conducting parenting workshops, presentations, running a variety of seminars and special events in the area of personal development. Always creating engaging activities and supporting creative therapy, Giovana has been very involved in community outreach programs that seek to overcome social stigma and discrimination against mental health and discrimination, she has done her work with great professionalism, care and understanding of everyone's needs.

She has also an extensive experience of working with primary age children as a Higher Level Teacher Assistant and for the past 15 years she has supported many mainstream and special needs children to become a better version of themselves and apply themselves to their learning.

To increase incentive for donors Giovana would like to offer some rewards and she has confirmed that she could facilitate some dance movements psychotherapy sessions for individuals or small groups FOR FREE or at affordable rates and she is also open to co-create games and spaces for therapeutic journeys.

Aditionally, she is happy to explore job offers and opportunities where her skills could be of benefit and which would combine her passion for dancing, therapy and education such as online or face to face counselling sessions for both children and adults, teaching Spanish through games and music, baby sitting,etc
