I've raised £500 to help 3 worthy causes in the name of my beloved husband

As most of you know I lost my beautiful husband 6 months ago and though I don't need to do anything to honor or give his life meaning ( I have two examples of how wonderful our life was together sitting upstairs) but I would like to do something in his name and raise some money for 3 worthy causes which are Cancer Research as some of you might know Barry was diagnosed with lung cancer in September last year and though this wasn't what stole him from me it was a contributing factor so I would like to help them carry on there amazing work , The NHS who from the day he was diagnosed were amazing in his treatment and care he received and when he was taken in to hospital in January went above and beyond in what Barry described as horrific circumstances and lastly The Woking and Sam Beare Hospice where Barry spent his last day , even though he was only there just over 24 treated Barry , myself, the boys and my friends with dignity, compassion and kindness. So I and two of my most wonderful friends Nicky McAndrew and Sue Preuth are going to take part in the 5k Pretty Muddy challenge on 25th September. So firstly I would love to all to come along (if allowed I will get back to you) and cheer us on, raise a glass and give me a muddy hug at the end and secondly to help me raise some money by donating as much or as little as you can , as a well know supermarket once said every little helps. Also I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the love and support you have given me, Joshua and Thomas over the last 6 months.
