On September the 8th I am running/walking/crawling the Great North Run in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

I am running to raise money to purchase a defibrillator to be erected outside Morrow‘s SuperValu @ Flush Place, Lurgan.

A defib is a life saving piece of equipment and statistics shoe if a defib is used within 3-5 mins of cardiac arrest, survival rates jump from 6% to 74%.

Back in 2001 when Stu had his heart attack at 24 and later diagnosed with heart failure due to the damaged caused by it..... little did i think that I would be thankful for an implanted cardiovert difibrillator that Stu had fitted in 2016 which corrects life threatening cardiac arrthymias and keeps him alive ♥️!!!
