I'm raising £5,000 to help my family that has lost everything in a house fire.

Yesterday afternoon a fire that started in their neighbours garden took hold very quickly and had left several families homeless.

My niece along with her dad, Nan and uncle are one of these families.

They were alerted by a neighbour and luckily managed to get out. Another neighbour ran into their house and rescued their dogs and cat.

They had to stand and wait 25 mins for the fire brigade to attend while watching their home and everything they own be burned to the ground. It took 20 appliances and a 32 ft ladder appliance over 3 hours to get this fire under control.

They have literally just got the clothes they were standing in and this money will help get them essential clothes, shoes and other necessities.
