Weʼve raised £730 to help finish and furnish our new community engagement hub in Oreston. I've already done the hard work but let's get it open sooner!

Story
So i need your help! Please help me achieve my vision, turning a closed church into a community engagement hub.
We have already funded and carried out most of the remodelling and reshaping of this beautiful, chocolate-box building. Now we need your help to donate as much or as little as you can to get us to the opening date!
This is now one of the biggest venue's this side of the city where the community can meet for concerts, dances, bands, artisan days, community engagement, theatre performances, choir, shows and everything in between. There is literally nothing like it this side of the City and the possibilities are endless.
I know times are tough and the cost of living is high, but this will be a venue you can all utilise and not only hire privately but you will also be able to attend a huge amount of activities and events throughout the coming years. I am asking for your support and bookings!
N.B. This is owned by The Methodist Church and we are in the process of adding a Just-giving charity status to us, but in the meantime, everything donated will go into this community asset which is a not for profit organisation.

We’ll find in your walk Ruth and Andy. It will be worth it when you walk those last few steps into the square in Santiago de Compestella. I hope you enjoy everything in between too.

I am a local girl with a massive vision. Instead of closing a Church forever, I realised the potential of this beautiful building and am turning it into a community engagement hub. Not only for Oreston but also a really large venue to be repurposed for Plymouth to engage & enjoy!
