Having served as a Royal Marine in the 1990s, I'm raising funds for the Kidderminster branch of the RMA.

My challenge is to complete the Midnight mountain marathon, carrying a 35lb (bergan) rucksack, tackling the Brecon beacons, including the infamous Pen y Fan, starting at 1600hrs, having to finish by midnight.

Our branch along side the RMA provides support, advice, friendship to serving and retired Royal Marines, their families, those who aspire to join and those with close links to the Corps. Helping generate funds, non financial benefits with access to employment in order to provide the best possible through life charitable support.
