Story
My daughter Isabella was born premature at 32 weeks on 6 October and his been is special neonatal care since being born.
The charity SSNAP have been really supportive throughout this continous start to her life and all the staff from the nursery nurses to the doctors have been amazing not only to Isabella but to all children in special care (Intensive Care, High Dependant Care or Low Dependant Care).
As thank you to the charity and the neonatal nurses we as a family want to gove something back to help improve the charities fund and fund to improve or get new medical equipment to help families in thr future that may need this for their little ones.
Any contribution will be appreciated.
