Hi, I'm Shelley.

I've got to a point in my life where I have to decide what kind of future do I want, why am I here! In anything that I do, I want to make a difference & help if I can.

The housing crisis is past breaking point & I would like to contribute to this if possible by learning how to aquire & manage HMO properties. These are basically multiple occupancy properties.

I came across an opportunity last year & I am desperate to be part of it but the training is £1500 which, I just can't seem to make a contribution towards this being a, full-time Business student & juggling bills as I'm sure we're all too familiar with.

I've struggled financially since I left home at 17 & it's about time that I feel I should be able to, live comfortably without the growing fear of another bailiff knocking on the door or the threat of being evicted 5 times a year.

I have 3 children & I want to be able to leave a legacy, hopefully bring them into the business once I'm established & actually provide them with the life that I always wanted for them. More importantly, I must prove to myself that I can do something with the life I've been blessed with.

I live in hope that someone will read this & want to help me as I'm fresh out of ideas & quite frankly, this is my last shot.
