Hi and Thank you for looking at my page. An amazing lady called Rose who I work with is organising for me and others to do a Roof Top Walk in the O2 Arena in London to raise money for Aimee's dream of going to Disneyland come true. I will be doing the Roof top walk 😳 Eek !! And need sponsors and donations X This is all about our Beautiful Aimee who has just turned 8 years old but she is more like 17 lol X Aimee has a rare genetic skin condition called Severe Recessive Dystrophic Epidermylosis Bullosa. The simple way to describe this condition is its like she has no glue to hold her skin onto her body. Any slight friction will cause her skin to blister and a slight knock or scratch will take the skin straight off. This not only affects the whole of her body but also effects her mouth, tongue gums and down her throat, but not only that she also blisters her eyes and she has to sit in a darkened room until they are healed. We don't know what the future holds for Aimee but we work 24/7 to keep her healthy. Aimee has to endure dressing changes every day to cover up sores and blisters. The blisters are popped and drained which is a very traumatic time which upsets both Aimee and me. We have to strap between her fingers to prevent fusing of her hands. Despite all this Aimee is one of the most happy and determined little girls and I love her more than anything. I would give anything for her not to have EB and see her be able to play, swim and do other things she can't do. This is why We want to help make her dream come true going to Disneyland Xx💖
