Im taking on a 5k inflatable assault course on the 1st of September. This is a massive challenge for me as I walk with crutches and sometimes have to use a wheelchair but im not going to let that stop me. If I have to crawl the whole 5k then so be it.

I have a very complex medical condition including fibromyalgia and Ankylosing spondylitis.
I have a condition called functional Neurological disorders. Its a complex condition that affects my muscles and causes seizures. I spend a lot of time in hospital because of this condition.

Im trying to raise funds for the physiotherapy department. The department is lacking equipment and because of this people like myself are missing out on vital therapy. If I could raise some funds to help get even the smallest piece of equipment or tools it would make such a difference.
