Shentie Mixed Martial Arts has been active for over 20 years, training children and adults the art of self defence as well as building strong, sensible and confident characters for normal life. 30 of our elite students have been training for over 3 years to compete in competitions across the UK in Shotokan Karate. Alongside school/work, the Squad continue to train extremely hard and frequently to prepare for the World Championships in Portugal. For most of them, it will be their first time competing internationally at such a big event and we need your support to get us there!

The Shentie Squad are not funded so the students, parents and Instructors have to raise the money themselves. We have hosted fundraising events and cake sales to raise as much as we can for our team to return with trophies and medals! Being so close to October, this is our last round to continue to get as much support as we possibly can and anything is deeply appreciated.

Lastly, a huge thank you to all the family who turn up every week to bring their children to training, it can't be easy but your support encourages them to exceed, so thank you, and thank you to those who will and have been aiding us in the journey to Portugal.
