🏃‍♂️ South Western Railway Runs for The Alex Wardle Foundation 🏃‍♀️ Great South Run – 19th October

This October, a team of dedicated colleagues from South Western Railway will be taking on the Great South Run to raise funds and awareness for The Alex Wardle Foundation, based in Lee-on-the-Solent.

The foundation was created in memory of Alex Wardle, and his family now works passionately to raise awareness of Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS)—a silent killer that often strikes without warning. Through education, outreach, and action, the foundation places lifesaving defibrillators into local communities and empowers people with the knowledge to respond in critical moments.

We’re proud to support this vital cause and help make our communities safer and more informed. Every donation helps fund more defibs, more awareness, and more lives potentially saved.
