On thursday the 5th april sammie recieved a phone call from her dad explaining he felt unwell and was on the was to the hospital within a matter of an hour andrew obrien (sammies dad) was in a server coma wich was due to a major stroke he had causing serveer bleeding to the brain . The heavy bleed was at the back of his brain, that part functions your breathing, speach, blinking, heart ect,in the following days sammie and famliy were told he would not be able to do anything if he even did wake up, they were given no positive outcome ahead and told if his heart stops there is a no resusitation order because there would be no form of a life after ,this lead to the doctors decision to remove all wires and tubes resulting in andrew onbriens passing in the early hours of saturday morning . Leaving behind his three children two grandchildren and other famliy members that loved him dearly
As any death or sudden death its hit the famliy hard and on top of the grieving they now have the added worry of very little money and potentially not being able to give their father a service , a send off the chance to say goodbye . So im hoping to rase some funds to help make this happen and take away some of the worry at this difficult time .. any donation small or large would be extremly gratefully and if people could share that would be amazing too .
